Full-Service Planning is designed for couples who want an amazing wedding without all the stress wedding planning can bring; giving couples the freedom to soak in all the glory and excitement an engagement brings. Full-Service Planning gives the couple the flexibility to be involved as little or as much as they would prefer. Tulip Dazzle will be with you from the moment you say “YES” to the moment you say “I do”, and all the moments in between! We will work with you to identify your expectation, style, budget, likes, dislikes, and your vision, to create the wedding of your dreams.

Our Full-Service option includes the following:

PLANNING

• Face-to-face consultations, phone consultations, unlimited emails, vendor meetings, and site visits to aid in the planning of all aspects of the wedding. 
• Present the couple with a detailed wedding checklist; maintain a schedule for meetings, placing orders, tastings, and the like.
• ‍Create an extensive wedding day timeline or itinerary (from setup to break down) to be approved by the couple prior to their wedding day. This information will be distributed to all vendors.
• ‍Obtain final headcount to reconcile with information received prior as well as services needed with each vendor

EVENT DESIGN/STYLE IDENTIFICATION

• Consult with the couple to identify expectations and wedding style.
• Create an inspiration board based on the couple’s vision and style.
• Collaborate to edit vision board to create a clear vision that will be utilized at every vendor meeting.

CREATED PERSONALIZED BUDGET

• Work with the couple to understand and clearly define the wedding budget
• Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly
• Keep couple up-to-date on wedding spending

VENUE SELECTION

• Recommend venues within the couple’s style & budget
• Arrange and attend venue site visits
• Serve as liaison between venue and couple
• Create seating plan and develop room layout for ceremony and reception

VENDOR SELECTION

• Recommend vendors within couple’s style and budget
• Arrange and attend vendor meetings
• Serve as liaison between vendors and couple
• Vendors may include professionals such as photographers, videographers, florists, DJ and/or band, cake designers, transportation, hair & makeup, and the like. 

OUT OF TOWN GUEST SERVICES

• Upon request, Tulip Dazzle will arrange a hotel room block agreement for out-of-town guests.
• Upon request, group transportation will be scheduled for guests.

WEDDING REHEARSAL SERVICES

• Arrange and coordinate wedding rehearsals.
• Upon request, provide an itinerary to the wedding party with wedding day specifications.

WEDDING DAY

• Complete wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours) including setup/breakdown
• Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception space
• Point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot)
• Set up personal decors, such as card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, seating chart and the like 
• Assist couple and wedding party as needed prior to the ceremony
• Distribute bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages where necessary 
• Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for the ceremony
• Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit to adhere to timeline
• Collect personal items or gifts and ensure they are with designated persons

Couples often get extremely occupied with wedding planning they unintentionally do away with or are unable to enjoy some wedding day rites of passage. Tulip Dazzle steps in to ensure you don’t miss out on all the fun and experiences associated with celebrating your engagement through to the upcoming wedding with our A la carte planning services.

A la carte allows the couple to pick and choose smaller events they would otherwise have forgotten about. Or smaller events they would like some extra help with; turning them into memorable occasions.
